Heart to Heart Sponsorship Program

“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ — Matthew 25: 34-40

Heart to heart is a long distant friendship between a sponsor and an Anchored Beginnings adult, teen, or child. The sponsors may be individuals, families, or church groups. Any person(s) desiring a relationship with the people involved in the ministry of Anchored Beginnings. Heart to heart provides such a blessing for the person being sponsored by giving them the security of knowing that people across the world care for them. The sponsor receives joy knowing they are impacting this person’s life. This will inevitably impact generations to come. The benefit Anchored Beginnings receives is financial help to purchase food, water, medicine and other desperately needed items. You will be connected to an individual and be given a picture and information about this person. Our organization is small and intimate which gives you the opportunity to give from your heart as much as you want. You will be able to communicate with your new friend(s) as much as you feel lead to as this is a beautiful way to form a long lasting friendship.  We want the sponsor and the sponsee both to feel loved, cared for and valued. Not only through your financial gift, but through a friendship that will develop over time. Since it costs more than $30 per month to provide the needs for each person your gift will be combined with others to provide an extended family of support. For a modest sum of a $1.00/ day you can make a huge difference in someone’s life.

"I have learned that people will forget what you said, People will forget what you did, but people will never forget the way you made them feel." Maya Angelou
